Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Reportly (“Reportly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides annual report writing, design, and production services through reportlydc.com. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Information you provide: When you contact us or schedule a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, organization, meeting details, project requirements, and information included in your messages.

Technical information: Our website hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website.

Optional visitor tracking: If you choose “Allow tracking,” our Apollo website visitor tracking integration may collect device, browser, network, and page-interaction information to help identify companies visiting our website and understand interest in our services. We currently use Apollo's company-level visitor identification, not its optional person-level identification feature. Company identification may still involve processing personal data, such as IP addresses.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, evaluate project needs, provide our services, operate and secure the website, understand business interest where tracking consent has been granted, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to deliver and secure the website; Google Calendar to display available appointments and process consultation bookings; and Apollo.io for optional company-level website visitor identification. Each provider processes information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. See Cloudflare's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy, and Apollo's privacy policy.

The embedded Google Calendar booking interface is provided by Google and may process information when it loads or when you interact with it, independently of our optional Apollo tracking choice. You can also use the booking page directly through Google Calendar.

Cookies and tracking choices

Apollo's optional visitor-tracking script is loaded only after you select “Allow tracking” on our website. We store your choice in your browser's local storage under reportly-apollo-consent-v1 so that we can remember your preference. You may choose “Decline” instead. The “Privacy choices” control on our website lets you change your selection. If you withdraw consent after Apollo has loaded, reloading the page prevents it from loading again; clearing existing Apollo cookies may require your browser's cookie controls.

Necessary website security and delivery technologies, and technologies used by Google's embedded booking page, may operate separately from the Apollo preference.

When we share information

We share information with service providers as needed for the purposes described above, and when required to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to valid legal requests. We do not represent that the Apollo integration is anonymous: visitor identification may involve information relating to identifiable people. Please review Apollo's privacy practices for further details.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Service providers may apply their own retention schedules. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about the use of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at inversiontraining21@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where legally permitted or required. You can also decline or change Apollo tracking through the website's “Privacy choices” control.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you reside, subject to their applicable data protection arrangements.

Children

Our services are directed toward organizations and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date.
